Ron has worked as the preferred contract Cameraman for Little Voice Productions since January 2000, and with Laura Mansfield since 1997. It has been a pleasure having him on the Little Voice team.

Ron is an invaluable asset to our operations. His technical abilities are second to none and he is quick to fix any problems or improvise a solution. We never hesitate to send Ron alone on a shoot on behalf the company. We know he will come back with the shots we need.

Ron has worked on numerous videos for our organization, ranging from intimate discussions of Domestic Violence, to heartfelt shoots with children. He is warm and open and always makes our interviewees feel comfortable. Ron has also been the lead Cameraman on our first long form documentary on Latino youth in Denver. We chose Ron because we trusted that he would do the best job for us, and we were right!

Ron's dedication to our work is evident in the positive attitude and upbeat work ethic that he possesses day in and day out. His presence in the field is an attribute both professionally and personally.

Ron,

I wanted to write to thank you for your help on the United Airlines RET Video project. We had a lot of work to do under chaotic circumstances, and your skill and good humor helped us get through some tedious night shoots in cramped conditions on the airplanes.

Thanks also for your flexibility. Putting together that 767 Emergency Evacuation shoot on short notice was above and beyond, and resulted in another Telly.

I look forward to my next opportunity to work with you.

Regards,
Chuck Barnitz
